Ok, my upper body is looking "summer ready"- but everytime I wear shorts, I began to think of "big bird"- (I have slim-chicken legs)- As I said, my upperbody is really good, but I need a leg routine to put some mass on my chicken-legs. Suggestions? (I am willing to do anything that it takes)

Should've thought of this 8 months ago.

I have the same problem. i am not sure if I had a chicken in my linage but, I have found that doing narrow stance (not real close, shoulder width) squats puts size on my legs better than anything! Plus do them at teh end of your leg workout.

I currently do "hackSquat" machine squats: 450lbs x8 (for 3 sets)- LegPress 270lbs x8 (for 3 sets) LegExt 180lbs x 8 (3 sts) LegCurls 110 x8 (2sets)

SQUATS & DEADS , SQUATS & DEADS , repeat...

Squats, squats and more squats. Other exercises are good for shaping the legs, but the best overall mass builder is the squat

Try doing squats and deads with free weights, I'd be willing to bet it'd be more effective for overall development.

I have the opposite problem - my legs are very developed, my arms moderately so, and then my chest and stomach look like crap.

Do squats. I used to have >18 inch legs before I started squating.
