which protein should i get

Hello i can not decide which protein supplement i should get it is between either
.maximuscle promax extreme
.LA 100% whey
.optimum nutrition 100% whey.
I have been told that some protein supplements contain alot of sugars and additives that actually make you put on fat not muscle, so which would be the best one? I feel like i should get the promax extreme but from the forums that i have read it doesnt really get mentiond alot

IMO and a lot of other peoples opinions maximuscle and LA muscle are both total rip offs, they sell very basic products at ridiculous prices and do so by making ridiculous marketing claims (the one i'll always remember is how LA muscle said there 'nortateen heavyweight' is stronger than dbol, and also how LA muscle's ZMA is about £45 a bottle, whilst all-in1's ZMA (virtually identical product) is £8 a bottle)
so i would stay well clear from all LA muscle supps. maximuscle are better but you are also paying over the odds with them, and unless you have £500 to spend on OTC supps a month i wouldn't recommend them, by far your best bet is the ON 100% whey, IMO its a lot better than promax in every department (taste, mix, quality, results and last but not least.. COST)
ON 100% whey without a doubt (its what i use all the time now so it must be good!)

i know if i buy promax extreme i would only take it 3 times a day but it does'nt tell you on this one
ps. is this the one that you buy it is a much better offer 5kg for £58 and it would cost me £90 for 3kg with promax extreme much cheaper

i agree-ON 100% whey is the best ive ever had. the ammount you have per day depends on many things.

ON is the best that I have found. The cookies and cream flavor takes a little getting used to. I mix my shakes with water.

how much should i take a day i weigh 10.5 stone/147 pounds i am 5ft10in i want to increase strength and increase size a bit i dont want to be too big as i am going into the army and being to large will effect my running performance ect
