Question about 1AD

I just turned 19, and I have been training hard for over a year now. So far I have only taken multivitamins, whey, and some fish oils. At the moment i'm training with a guy who is incredibly big, a year older than me and has taken 1AD. He is going to be buying more in the next few weeks and is encouraging me to buy it. I know a bit about it, but I'm really skeptical about using it. Can someone knowledgeable tell me a bit about it and/or their own experiences with it?

DO NOT USE 1AD. You are too young and your friend is being very irresponsible. 1AD is a pro - hormone, if you are US this stuff is illegal. To cut a long story very short just for your dissuasion pro - hormones are similar substances to steroids and should be avoided at your age. And mate im not hatin im only 21 myself and waited until I had done alot of research and was a suitable age to do PH's.
I have used 1AD before.
Possibly a bigger factor I have taken into account in giving my advice is that you do not know enough to take this. Do alot of research wait 18 months and then give it a go if you must.

.. I knew they are prohormones and I know what they do.. I have also once heard not to take them until you are about 21, but i'm not sure why.. I will likely not take this for a while. I haven't yet tried creatine, ive only been on whey, so even though im even skeptical about creatine, I'll be goin to get either creatine or pumptech (creatine + NO2)

21 isn't a magic number. If you're done growing, you can run a cycle if you know what you're doing. RESEARCH and then when you feel you know enough, research some more. Ask questions, use the search feature, learn what a proper PCT is and consists of.
I did a cycle of M1T, a substance much more harsh than 1-AD, at 20 and I was fine. No ill-sides or lasting effects, but I didn't eat enough on cycle or after so I didn't gain as much as I could have nor keep much. That comes down to research, knowing what needs to be done, knowing your body and putting it all together.
