I feel pretty confident about where I'm at heading in, the interesting part will be when I get there. I'm not going to have a lot of options as food choice, and I have a feeling I'll be hungry enough to eat whatever they put in front of me, and probably all of it. I'm imagining that the army has taken into consideration the meals and how many calories everyone will be burning (probably an insane amount). Should I be trying to eat everything I possibly can to really benefit from the workouts? or should I be trying to eat any specific foodgroups more than others (if I have the choice)? As of now I'd pretty much try to eat a normal balanced diet with about as much protein as I can get my hands on. Anyone else have a similar experience? advice? |
