I just worked out tonight and finished my PW Carbs but all I have for protein are these low carb drinks my mom bought made with (soy isolate, whey conc., and calcium caseinate). They have like 15 grams of protein and 3 frams of fat. Im finishing one off right now. This shouldnt have abig affect on my gains should it?|
