I was just wondering what you all had for lunch today....Or, what you are going to have for lunch today. I'm always short of ideas for lunch. Seems I'm always eating chicken salads or ham sandwiches.

4 baked chicken breasts, steamed vegetables and cottage cheese. I HATE chicken! I'd rather have a juicy steak.

Then have a steak. It's loaded with protein, isn't it?

Lol!
I thought that would confuse some people!
I actually live and work in Bangkok, Thailand. Luckily, the vast majority of the food here is delicious and *very* healthy.
And, by the way, 'mai pet' does not refer to little fluffy animals, but means 'not spicy' in Thai!
Chicken or steak strips w/lettuce, thinly sliced cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion in a whole wheat pita bread wrap and topped off with a little Vadelia Onion Dressing or Italian Dressing.
Peace

I just want to let you know that today's lunch was baked chicken plus some green beans, peppers and onions. Didn't want to keep anyone in suspense.
