| My pull through sucks. I dont feel is hitting my hams well enough. I also tend to fall backwards during the eccentric motion. I just dont like them, same with sldl. I'll stick with lunges....Maybe I am wrong? Should I have my butt sticking out more, like sitting on a box? |

This will place more pressure on your lumbar spine.

| It gets confusing because there is so much misleading info and lack of detail in some sites that you end up following (exrx.net) |

Hard to visualize what you're saying. So if i stick out my butt out more (or hips further out), at this position, i will bring the bar out to my chest thus targeting the middle back instead of my traps? On this exercise, traps are one of the synergist muscle. I know i am doing incorrectly, that's why i posted.. Same with pull-throughs, i hate those... http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...ntOverRow.html |
