Tan wipes

I was wondering if anyone has used these tan wipes and if they work or not. I was just diagnosed with pre melanoma and I can't tan like I did before. I am somewhat a darker skin complexion but I would like to be tanner. I can't do tanning beds and or lay out so I was wondering about using those wipes. Anyone have any input? Thanks.
