Stat's 1978 H: 6'1" w 194 lbs chest 44 waist 34 arms 15 Bench Press 1 x 170 lbs stats 1985 H 6'1" w 310 lbs chest 58" waist 41" arms 23 1/8 Bench Press 1 x 662 lbs Now what the fuck I'm i doing fucking around with all this 6 meals a day, rice here and there and all this other bullshit. Starting tomorrow 6/2/05 I will go back in time and eat when i want and all i want of the above. Oh and these were all whole eggs, ( 20-30 a day) plus 3-4 lbs of beef. Well times just changed. I weigh today 235 lbs with 17.4% bodyfat. I will cycle on gear and just eat clean but only when i fell like it and as much as i want. I'll keep you all posted on what happens. By the way I had no cholestrol problems then and not looking for any from this old way of bulking. Fuck everything else and it's now my old way.
