Tuna Recipe Book...

I found this book and thought some of you who have asked about tuna recipes might want to check it out.

Take a Tin of Tuna by Joie Warner

You'll have to tweak some of these recipes for healthier/more bb friendly meals, though. For example, the author advises you that "when buying canned tuna, choose tuna packed in olive oil rather than in water for best flavor..."

Uh... not a good idea for some of us. But at least the book might offer up some good ideas.

Would having it in olive oil be that bad? Isn't Olive oil good for you?

I didn't say it was bad for you! But it is definitely calorie dense and for someone watching their calories they might want choose the water packed. that's all...
