I was wondering what everyone thinks of this article on creatine.

I have been told that there is no creatine in the liquid form so it makes me wonder if this site knows what it is talking about. What is said makes since about when to take it but would like the opinion of others

not sure, I have never heard anything good about liquid creatine.

I have used liquid cretine and felt i had good results. I ido not think it was a placebo effect. Also, when doing track workouts, I also achieved my max heart rate while on liquid Cretine.

I wasnt asking about the liquid creatine have already been told it is s**t. My question is if this site is promoting the liquid then can anything on it be trusted??
