I grabed some of those Atikins bars to try since they are cheep...well they could taste better but is it ok to eat these no matter what kind of diet u r on. I mean they are better for u than alot of other things. They also are cheeper then alot of the other bars i have see at about 2-3 dollors a pop.

most all bars are made of junk.....stay away from them
