8am: myoplex or AST-Nytro Pro MRP
11am: usually go out to eat, pick high protein, don't really worry about the rest
3pm: myoplex or AST-NYtro Pro MRP
6pm (post workout): usually out to eat - pick high protein high carb
9pm: myoplex or AST-NYtro Pro MRP
10pm-2am: 2-8 beers and random shots of liquor...
2:30am: enormous carne asada burrito, chips and salsa
Workout Plan
I've been doing Max-OT for about a year and half. AST lists 18 different workouts on their website, and I choose a new one every 4 weeks (take a full week off every 8 weeks). http://www.ast-ss.com (sign up to Max-OT)

I've been on that diet for the last 6 months out of pure laziness and apathy (no real goals)... I've been slightly embarrased to tell anyone, but it works somehow... How I am not a raging fat ass by now, I have no idea. Will follow with a new cleaner diet, cuz I know that I am killing myself here (well, my wallet and liver anyway)
