Why is it that people who eat junk all the time, feel fine on it. But people who eat clean, whenever they eat somthing not clean get bloated?

Posted by: XcelKrush

Like everything else, they are just not used to it. Its usually indigestion because your stomach isnt use to the high fat/junk content.

Your digestive bacteria and the levels of different digestive enzymes your body makes will change after you eat certain foods for a particular time.... So, when you don't eat a particular food time your body will decrease in it's ability to correctly process the food and you will feel icky when you eat it.

It is probably partially 'mental' as well...

yup.

also some people have superior genetics, they can eat junk food all day and sleep 5 hours a night yet they grow like crazy, move up in weight fast, and stays at 7% bodyfat. damn I better stop talking about myself.

That is interesting...
That could be the reason why I don'T feel good when eating pizza and something with a lot of sugars when Im my young age, I would eat pancakes with a loooot of syrup 2 times a day. That's probably the reason why I was 6' 180-190 lbs at this time with 25% bf lol.

Same here, Mcdonalds is now a laxative for me.

I cant eat mcds at all. I get flu like symptoms. Also I watch super size me once a week.
This reminds me of when i went to mexico. My friend cut up for two months eating basically chicken, oatmeal, and protein shakes. The first day there we have a couple of drinks, some fried food and a desert his abs turned into the most pregnant gut ever it took him two days to get rid of it.He refused to take off his shirt until it went away

Two nights ago I had a scoop of ice cream and got sick to my stomach for the rest of the night. But for some reason, I don't seem to ever have a problem eating greasy pizza. Strange.

hehe everyone tells that, but the truth is I'm different to everyone else, even the doctors told me so, he said he has never seen such incredible genes. whatever I eat my body seem to turn it into muscle. and I swear if I eat pizzas and fried chips 5 days in a row without cardio, my bodyfat won't go up 1%.

once during busy exam period I ate 2-3 crappy meals a day and slept no more than 5 hours a night. after a week I weighted myself I didn't lose a single pound.

umm.....that's is nothing different from me. I was able to get do that till my mid 30's. I wasin better shape than kids in their 20's. It's when I hit 34 that I noticed changes, I started to get a belly which I never had before.

Don't get too cocky, you'll regret it.

OMG, I just hit 34 also. I was doing a search on bloated gut and found this thread. WTF is going on lately. It's like a rock hard basketball under my stomach skin! I've never been totally ripped , but I never had this kinda belly going on here. It's frustrating because all other area's have improved so greatly but my mid-section. Now I have the standard powerlifter look. Bulgy!

Man - glad to hear it's not just me. Hit 34 and started to get a belly. Now I've got about 10lbs of belly to loose. Stated a new program and I'm getting into the interval training part of it, but I wish I'd started 2 years ago.
I bet this would have worked even faster then!
