has anyone ever used this product for a system flush. I have 5lbs to go
and need to flush my system out anyway just for the hell of it. wondering

Don't go far from a toilet. That would be my best advice to you. Personally, I don't find it a useful way to clean you out. You are better off doing a detox program if you want some thorough cleaning.

I haven't really found a quick detox program that I can remotely afford. My insurance
I believe won't cover a colon cleansing or anything like that. Some of those detox programs are like $800 and i'm not gonna spend money like that for something of the
sort.
Jodi would you suggest anything that I could pick up at a pharmacy or health store?

You can find detox programs at your health food store. you wouldn't want to do mine. It's pretty harsh and most people wouldn't ever do mine. I do a juice detox - no food. IOW- Catabolism

why would you want to do this! A colon cleanse isn't gonna do anything more than what you could do with a damn enima and I can't imagine why you want to do this.
Go to your health food store and get a full 2 week detox program.
