Which database?I used www.dietclub.com.au I use www.nutritiondata.com or www.nutridiary.com both of which would give different values for most of these things. eg: 75g oats = 288 cals, 50.25g carbs, 4.7g fat, 12g protein 15ml flax also ~ 135 cals So my total = 62.6/ 51.65/ 31.7 = 704.75 I got that one off the packet and the flax off the bottle 100g sweet tato is ~86 cals, 20g carbs, 1.6g protein, 0.4g fat therefore 200g = 172 cals, 40g carbs, 3.5g protein, 0.8g fat. Total = 49.5/ 43.78/ 5.18 = 413.8 cals That one was off dietclub site Meal 3 250g's Chicken breast 71.25/ 0/ 12.5 = 392.5 200g's Sweet taters.. 4/ 28/ 0 = 132 TOTALS..................75.25/ 28/ 12.5 = 524.5 Same infor for tato = 3.5, 40, 0.8 and 172 Is that chicken breast raw or cooked? If it is cooked then for 100g chicken breast I would get ~378 cals, 7.5g fat and 72.5g protein... not a lot of different... TOTAL = 76/ 40/ 8 = 550 Cooked levels off dietclub PB I would have slightly different values: 20g - 5, 3.8, 10.5 and 122 TOTAL = 51.38/ 7.58/ 14.88 = 363.8 Off the packet it's the health food shops own brand I don't know this product - but cals don't add up - closer to 390 if you do the maths...?? ![]() Its got other things in it so maybe thats it?? Total = 72.5/ 0/ 22.5 = 510.15 So I would have: p = 370.98 c = 202.01 f = 82.46 cals = 2933.35 So it still does not explain the hugo difference from 4000 cals?? |
