Gain some preservatives and unwanted junk...

Taste?

Other than the excessive sodium, I think it's fine. It's just like tuna IMO! It's better fresh but for a quick meal it's great.

Yeah, They need to put in the Pouch, like Tuna, so it doesn't taste like metal

It doesn't taste bad at all. I add some pepper to it.

Canned chicken! Wow... Another thing that we Aussie peoples have never seen before!! ( we who live in the dark ages where there is no such thing as low carb milk or yoghurt... and we don't have SF pudding mix or anything like that! )...

But anyway - this looks fine. If it is convenient for you then go for it.

I usually throw it in the microwave for about 40 seconds to take some of the pinkness out, they only cookit minimally...other than than I use it all the time, or did,I made it with rice all the time, but since Im cutting on a low-carb plan right now, i cant find anything to go with it (that i can fix in the microwave)

Its about 1.75 a can here in hawaii, not as cheap as tuna, but it works for a cheap snack.
