What is this lump?

I hit it very hard couple of months ago and this lump surfaced. My doc gave it a name which i forgot but it tends to come back... Anyone had the same lump anywhere in their bodies?

I been having wrist and arm pain and i can't pin point who is the culprit? I Anyone had it remove? does it hurt? did it come back?
It gets bigger after a workout.

I've seen people with a lump there before, i thought it was fairly common.

My gf had one on top of her wrist and the doc sucked the fluid out with a needle twice and it went away.
