To the age thing, I gotta say, it really is important, the most important years to teach a kid to eat is probably 11-14, from there on out they have decided how they want to use their body, whether if it's to its peak or to lay around. I am glad I picked up healthy habits, now if I could pick up some typing habits and not use the backspace key every 5 letters. |
