I take Animal Stack before workout, and then I take ZMA at night before I go to bed. Plus I take Methoxy Pro after I workout also.

Nothing wrong with that. You would benefit from adding some creatine and more glutamine to your regimen as well.

No. Personally I don't take anything besides food and I'm growing. If you want to grow than squat and dring atleast a gallon of milk a day. That's all.

That is all well and good, but certain supplements will aid in the growth process!

That's fine, but supplements can benefit your training and make you grow more!
