Teddy Atlas former assistant trainer of mike Tyson back in the Cus D'amato days, said a few years ago, when Tyson gets around 40 expect an ugly ending.....By this I think he was talking about suicide....my bet is with Teddy, I give mike 1 or 2 years and he ends it all.....

tyson's gonna start doing different events i think, like a few years ago remember that incident where he got up int the K-1 ring and started talking shit to Bob Sapp? I bet Tyson will start having shitty 1 time specials, like celebrity boxing, crap that will air on FOX. I think Mike was one of the more interesting heavy weight title owners in recent history, and definately the best in the last 10-15 years IMHO.

he destroyed ANYONE in his division in his prime, starting at the age of 19!!!!! heavyweigth champ at 20!!! if this guy stayed focused there is no way hes not considered the goat. he not only had devestating power but amazing quickness as well as superior technique. ill take a 20 yr. old mike tyson over any boxer who ever lived.

He never beat any top guys comiing up, the divisioon was a joke. The first good fighter he faced knocked him out....Tyson sucked ass and built a career beating up 195lb bums and fat old white guys.

your calling buster douglas a good fighter? fact is douglas fought the fight of his life but im not disbuting this.tyson def. wouldve lost soon even if he won the douglas fight on the course he was going. im saying at his peak of only lets say 21 years old he was absolutely amazing and i wouldve loved to see him when he was FOCUSED fight ali or anyone. he was def. a horrible fighter when he got out of prison but he lost all his technique which he was losing nehow before prison and was noticeably slower. to say the competition is the reason mike tyson started losing is rediculouse he wasnt half the fighter he was when he was younger. its like watching two diff. fighters if u look at film of his younger days vs.a lewis or holyfield fight.

Buster was good but not great and even he had an eazy time KO'ing that bum Tyson
