Im looking forward to seeing batman, i reckon its gonna be a huge improvement from all the other batman movies...anyway...
before he made batman he made a movie called The Machinist, he had to drop about 30 kg to take the shape of a extremely under weight guy and then pack it all back on for batman...is that even healthy!!? especially if he did it in a short amount of time

Bale has been in extremely good shape for years, so gaining back the muscle was probably very easy. But he looks sick in the machinist....that had to be very unhealthy...or some kind of special effect.

E! did a special on star's diets and training and they had Bale on it, pretty crazy what he did to himself.
