Is there any particular extra nutritional value or benifit between Extra virgin Olive oil, Cold Pressed... etc? Does it matter what type of olive oil it is?

I believe cold pressed is best becuase it uses no heating source to make the oil, hence the name "cold" press. But as far as extra, virg. or reg. I don't know if there is a difference, but extra virg. comes from the first press so it may have more nutrients.
