Anyone ever try this for chest. Does it work any differently than normal DB bench press? Is it easier on the shoulders?

i do it all the time when doing dumbell incline.seems to protec the shoulders a bit and was told it works the inner chest a bit more, as it almost has a fly motion to it....can't do as much weight as conventional pressing tho.....

I do reverse presses when working my Triceps

Sounds very, very strange for a dumbell or incline bench. I have heard of palms facing for dumbell pressing but never in.
