Workout split

I usually train:

day 1) Chest (tough tough tough workout)
day 2) Back/bis/tris
day 3)delts, traps, abs
day 4) legs and abs/obliques


Is this make sense?

Just for the sake of replying because no one else has, I don't really see much wrong with that. But I'm prone to miss ginormous mistakes and I'm no expert, so really I could be totally wrong.

i wouldnt do triceps the day after chest and then shoulders the day after that. youll be hammering triceps three days in a row.
