when you are done with the fifth set of only doing one rep - do you rest two more minutes or do you go right into the muscle building sets?

Uhhh... the important thing with Max-OT that you should keep in mind with warming up is... just don't warm up TOO MUCH. Don't spend tons of time and waste tons of energy GETTING READY to lift big... just do what you NEED to do.
