Routine Problems

I recently graduated college where i took the last 4 - 5 weeks off to enjoy my last college weeks... but now i have a job and its time to get back into it.. but the problem is i am generally gone from my apartment sat and sunday and i usually leave friday so that leaves 4 days to work out ... but then monday i joined my roomates volleyball team and they have games monday night .. so now theres only tues wed thurs to workout!!
so this is what i was thinking
always varying reps and excersices...
tuesday -
chest - 8 sets
shoulders - front and medial heads - 4 - 5 sets
biceps - 4 - 5 sets
wednesday
legs (every other week -- i cant do legs the sae week as i deadlift)
thursday
back - 9 sets (deadlift every other week)
posterior deltoids - 3 sets
triceps - 5- 6 sets...
you think this would work or no? 3 on 4 off... not what i want to do but i dont see what else i could do ...
if someone needs me to post my actual workouts tell me

PUSH on Tues, PULL on Wed and then Legs on Thurs
