Would you prefer an owner who spends money to buy the beat players around or would you prefer a cheap penny pinching owner who puts a minor league team on the field?

We got the leafs who spend money and can't win a championship.
And we got Jays with a limited payroll, but with J.P. as the GM, they seem to be making some good drafts and developing a Young team, Actually brought me back to baseball. Reminds me of the Jays of the mid 80's.
I just like exciting competitive teams. Money Spent I couldn't really give a shit, just give me a good product.
