OK im cutting this is what i got
bike in the am for 45 minutes MWF
Monday:Chest
Incline Press- 135x5, 155x3, 185x4x6
DB Bench- 75x5x10
DB INC Flys-25x2x10
Tempo Runs and Quickness work
Tuesday:Back, Shoulders
Power Cleans- 135x3, 185x3
225x5x4
Dead Lift- 225x4, 315x4x8
Wide Chins- as many sets as it takes to get to 30
Bent Rows- 135x8, 165x3x8
Military Press- 95x6, 115x3x8
3way shoulder- 25x4x6
Jog-3 miles
Wednesday- No wieghts
Speed workout
Thrusday-LEGS
Squat-135x15, 225x8 315x5x6 225x25
Leg Curls- 115x5x10
Lunges- 45x 100 yards
Hill Runs x6 ( OMG FUCKIN BITCH OF A HILL)
Friday-ARMS
Big Bar Curls- 45x15, 75x5x6
Hammer Curls- 25x2x10
Dips- 0x15, 25x10, 35x10, 0x15
Skulls- 75x5x8
Push Downs/Cable Curls superset- stack to failure x1
Speed Work out
Sat- OFF
SUN- JOG 5
