I've been doing back and bi's on Saturday, and chest, shoulders, and tri-ceps on Sunday. I'm managing to squeeze in some leg extensions and lunges once, during the week. Do you think I'll make some progress with this routine? Moze |

If not, then I'll add tricep kickbacks to even it out, allthough that seems like an awful lot if you consider the benchpress working the triceps as well. Maybe I need to figure out a different schedule altogether then. I'm just not interested in working out at 4:30 a.m. or 10:00 p.m. sincerely Moze |
