Although I know this forum in particular is aimed at Bodybuilding, my main reason for my bulking is basketball. I am wanting to add a few inches to the veritcal leap, while I have been doing p/rr/s leg workouts, I was wondering if anyone knew of vertical leap programs and or any tips. Im sure i'll get alot of "just do squats" and yes, squats have worked great...but I just want that extra edge heading into my senior year before college ball.

I see alot of basketball players at my gym doing EP, or explosive performance. I don't know the specifics of the workout, you should look into it, but there this platform you stand on with elastic ropes holding you down to the ground and you hafta try and jump, or alot of medicine ball exercises, etc.
