It is easier to find the information in the first post. It would be nice to see updated meals, training and everything just in one post. IMO |

I would like to bring this up again, sorry. Can you make it to where only journals can be updated after 36 hours? I really do use my journal to tweak my routine, and posting each meal because I don't know when the next time I can post, really makes my journal look like ass, and it makes it much harder to look things up. If you can great, if not that is fine. I was just hoping that if enough people asked, you might consider it.

Is it really 24 Hrs? It seems that about 30 minutes after my post I cannot edit it anymore.
