Raisin Bran - yay or nay?

I usually have a multi, 2 fish oil caps, oatmeal and either eggs or tuna with about 750 mL of water when I get up, but to add some variety would it be ok to substitute a bowl of raisin bran for the oatmeal? Raisin bran uses whole wheat flakes, and while there is some sugar coated on the raisins, hopefully it is negligable. Just thought it would be a nice variation. Any thoughts?

depends what your goals are. I wouldn't eat Raisn Bran daily if you are trying to cut body fat, it's to heavily processed with not much fiber.

god I love Krispe Kremes! haven't had one in over a year. they are right next to the gym too.

Actually sometimes in the morning ill take about 1/4 tsp of olive oil and mix it into a can of tuna, then add some pepper to it, and put it on a piece of whole wheat toast.. then ill top it with romaine lettuce and some fresh green apple slices... its really good.
