rehab time for a shoulder scope??

I had a scope performed on my left shoulder last week and was wondering what the average down time is for such as procedure. I believe that the doctor called in a "retraction and reduction" where he cleaned out the area around the rotator cuff and removed the AC joint. There was no RC tear.
He gave me a 30 day supply of anti-inflamitants (sp?) so I figure that it will be at least 5-6 weeks before I start back with light lifting.
Anybody have this done and remember the time it took to get back into the gym?

I had that done awhile back. It took about 6 weeks to lift but it would be with really light weight if anything. The key is to take your time i thought i could go back to normal weights after two months and it actually set me back another month
