Here is the training schedule. Any comments or
suggestions are welcome.

Sat - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Sun - Sit-ups, Cardio
Mon - off
Tue - Back, Biceps
Wed - Sit-ups, Cardio
Thurs - off
Fri - Legs, Cardio
