Theres no magical number that tells you that you are ready for bulking or cutting. Use the mirror as your judge and don't dwell on all the little facts too much. Get yourself on a good routine, and eat very clean if you need to lose some body fat.
Diet is the most important thing, followed by training. Once you have those in check, look into some supplements. |
