hello all, have just completed 3 week cycle of SD at 20mg a day, am going to use ALRI ultra hot for PCT but i waould like to know how many caps a day to take and for how long i need to run PCT for, any help please ! also it states to take them at night, is there a reason for taking them at night as opposed to morning ?
