Recently I have tried to step up my training to get ready for the shit british summer we are all looking forward to.
In attempt to do this I have obviously started training harder and consuming large amounts of protein, but to give me an extra advantage I have invested in some supplements.
I decided to go for the Dorian Yates range as they seen to be quality products without the bullshit spin most supplements have these days.
I bought,
Pro-Glutamine
Pro-HMB
Pro-Amino
What I would like to know is;
Did I buy wisely?
Are there any other products which are worth buying?
What have your experience been using these products?
Does anyone out there have a guide to an optimum way of consuming these product, are there any dos and dont I should be aware of?
Because at the end of the day these product are quite expensive and we all need to get the most out of them.
