I take, like most people, 10 g's of creatine per day on training days.. but how many of you take creatine on off days? I was thinking I would take 5g's on off days, but if you have an opinion plz let me know.

I always take the same amount whether im training that day or not, so id take the 10grams every day

Also, is it better to take 5g's before and 5g's after your workout? This is what I thought, but the container says 10g's after. IMO, 10g's gets really sweet, so I'd rather just take 5g's before and 5g's after. What works best for everyone else?
