Has anyone ever supplemented with CLA? I started a bottle this week and I've read nothing but good things in my research. Would like to hear a personal testimony from someone here.

I think it's a great supplement to use when there is a caloric excess as it will help to reduce fat gains when bulking.

the effective dose is 6 grams a day, so I hope that's what you are taking.

Presently, I'm only taking 3 grams/day. Everything I've read suggest in the neighborhood of 3-4 grams/day.
