| I am a long time protein bar addict. That is all I seem to eat. I'ld like to change that. Also I've gained about 10lbs recently; I wasn't at a healthy weight before (ed history). I know a good portion of the weight I've gained is muscle and my metabolism has increased (but my maintenance caloric intake still seems low). What I'ld like to do is cut some of the fat that came with the muscle in a healthy way. |
