I am 15 years old (Read on before you say anything), and I decided to use creatine. I went to my doctor, and he told me its safe for me to take BUT only use 5gms a day, to be safe of course. Not much, and will take longer for me to see results but I personally think I'd like it.
So when should I take the stuff? At night time (hours after I have finished working out), or in the morning or mid day.
OR 2.5 gms in the morning and 2.5gms at night?
