Prednisone

i have a cousin who is taking prednisone for medical reasons.what is this product and would it help me in building muscle.this stuff is free for me.lol.just wondering of it would work.

No, prednisone is a anti-inflammatory drug (corticosteroid), not a anabolic steroid.

My GOD no...prednisone will help you lose muscle and gain fat...STAY AWAY! Not all steroids are anabolic!
