I just turned 18 and i am about 150 lbs in 6 months how much weight do you think i can gain and how much and how many grams of protien and creatine a day should i be getting to do this?
Thanks to who ever answers this

This is really a dietary question. I wouldn't aim for gaining more than 2 pounds a week.

Protein generically should be 1-2 grams per pound of bodyweight, there are so many rules SOME people choose, just pick one and see how it works for you. As for caloric increase I'd probably start with 750-1000 more than you normally take in per day. Spread out of course, protein in every meal, yada yada.

if you do everything right, you could gain about 20 pounds, id guess. i made a 20 pound gain when i was in a very similair situation a long while back.

During the first 6 months you stand to put on a lot of muscle mass. Eat A LOT. Whatever you think is a lot is not. Eat about twice that and then a little more.

if you just started working out, and Im guessing you did. dont go for maximum weight gain in a straight forward fashion. focus on compound exercises and strengthening your core.

once you have done this and have gained some "thickness". switch to a 4 day split routine that works all of your body parts.

All that detailed information really helps ........I would say you have NO plan, and thats what you need to put together right now....Write up a workout or steal one from someone on this site and stick to it....then go steal a diet from one of Emma-leighs posts and you will be in business.

At 150 you should be eating 200 grams of protein.

Why do you need weight specifically? Is strength not what would help you most? Seems like, if I were training for sports and stuff.. I would want strength to be my #1 concern, and then just take the extra size that came with it. I'm just assuming it's for sports or something... since your name has "baseball" in it, and because for some reason you need to do this in a certain number of months .

Man at your age with proper training and a good healthy diet, the weight potential is unlimited....Follow mudges advice on the calorie intake and hit the weights hard.
