Can anyone briefly explain what a tension workout is? Example exercises?

never heard of a tension workout. are you maybe thinking about isometrics ?

That's what it seems like to me. If it is isometrics you're talking about, you can do basically an unlimited number of exercises due to the fact that you can use any possible plane of motion using just your body, a floor, and a wall. You'd really have to name something you're striving for in order to get a specific answer.

The only tension w/o I've heard of is on the UD2.0 diet. It consists of doing 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps per exerccise. Is that what you're after?
