Hi everyone. i have a problem . because after work in my country , i used to drink coffe with something, days before i ate bread but now, i decrease the bread.
can any tell me what kind of foods i could eat instead !

Oatmeal is a very good carbohydrate to replace the bread.
You could also try sweet potatos, Brown Rice, or Fruit.

for the most part it seems that people here either drink a lot of coffee or not at all.
