The reason I ask is I have a high metabolism and can see my abs but not with alot of definition. I cant pinch much fat off and in the mirror it looks nearly impossible for me to over 10 percent of my size to be fat. I havent been able to get my bodyfat tested yet so Im just trying to estimate. Ok, thanks. But thats whats odd, I have a very high metabolism, and I can cant pinch much fat on my stomach. Plus, my lifts are pretty high for my weight. I do drink alot of milk, if that makes a difference.
