Knee probs

I've had swelling under my kneecap for a few weeks now, and i'm wondering if i strained something like my patella tendon or ACL/MCL.
anyone have this before?
The thing is, is that it's NOT painful whatsoever. It's just "there" so to speak. I notice it, but not b/c of pain (which i guess is a good thing).
anyways, i know i should go see a Dr., but anyone have ANYthing to help?

Or just below the cap on the lower leg??

again, it's not pain. but there is swelling a "weird" feeling around my whole knee...

Have you gone to the Doctor yet with this knee that has been swollen for a week.
