I eat healthier then anyone I know, I eat every 2 hours, smaller meals, I get in a mixed amount of carbs, protein, and fat in each meal. Do I really have to go through all the trouble of not drinking milk, eating chicken twice a freakin day, and making sure I have the exact quantities to get ripped? I just want lower bodyfat, without all the planning. I cant plan my day around eating anymore, it's affecting everything I do. I drink alot of water, I eat Instant Oats instead of Old Fashioned, does it really make a huge difference? Tell me theres a light at the end of the tunnel, I'm not a slacker, I'm really following a nice diet. I take in about 3000 calories a day, or try to, I just dont follow the extremelly healthy, and time consuming life style I guess all these people with hardcore bodys follow. So, if I continue to eat healthy, but not eat *HARDCORE TO THE PLAN* - I'll still be better off, or am I just wasting my time? - Jared |
) I'm beating a dead horse. I train like an animal, and I suppose I then have to eat like one.
I think maybe I fall into that category

). Although that wouldn't be to bad either, but that is eggs department and I won't cross that line
It even tastes good cold. As for eggs and tuna, they are both part of my diet.
