You want as little time as possible between your last meal and your first meal the next day, think about it. If you stop eating around 6 or 7 pm, then dont eat again til 6 or 7 the next morning, there is no way that food is going to last your body througout the night, you need a source of protein (lean meat/protein shake/cottage cheese), and a fat/fiber to help slow it down, so you get a steady stream of nutrients througout the night.
