not true at all, he has an excellent pre bed meal, I eat mine literally minutes before I sleep. You want as little time as possible between your last meal and your first meal the next day, think about it. If you stop eating around 6 or 7 pm, then dont eat again til 6 or 7 the next morning, there is no way that food is going to last your body througout the night, you need a source of protein (lean meat/protein shake/cottage cheese), and a fat/fiber to help slow it down, so you get a steady stream of nutrients througout the night.

as to the original poster, I'd add in carbs pre/pwo, and add protein to your 540 meal. also, 1 tbsp olive oil isnt going to cut it for your total fats for the day, you should add in some fish oils, and maybe some natty pb.

Adis, how many cals does that add up to? It looks a little slim for a guy who's 6' and 210 pounds.

It adds up to 2500 cals. So far I have lost 35 lbs on this diet since April
